The Billion BiPAC 6600 Broadband Router with 4-port Switch is perfectly designed for SOHO and residential users to share a high-speed broadband Internet connection. Powered by Dynamic Domain Name System (DDNS), the BiPAC 6600 allows you to set up a Web/FTP/Email server at home. By utilizing the supported PPPoE/DHCP client protocols, users can easily share one single IP address from the broadband ISP. The user-friendly Web Configurator enables you to configure and upgrade the firmware easily. With the SOHO firewall functions, the BiPAC 6600 can block hackers' attacks for more protection. The built-in Parental Control with URL Content Filtering can also monitor the Web browsing activities to keep home users from accessing inappropriate websites.

Secure Communications and Advanced Protection
The BiPAC 6600 not only offers NAT natural firewall but also provides SOHO firewall functions, including rich
Packet Filtering, Denial of Service (DoS), and hacker attack blocking for secured communications. When being
attacked, the Router will log the event with timestamp derived from Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP).
Powered by URL Content Filtering and Packet Filtering, the BiPAC 6600 Firewall Router supports Parental
Control to monitor the Internet access according to the web address, keywords or the time of a day. It protects
your family from accessing inappropriate websites and ensures a safe surfing environment.

Economy
The BiPAC 6600 supports Dial-on-Demand and Idle Timer in PPPoE dial-up protocol to control the connection
usage in specific areas. Whenever there is traffic from LAN to WAN, the Router will create a PPPoE connection.
The Idle Time-out will drop the connection on demand. This smart feature offers users a great deal of
economical benefits to reduce the communication costs.

Ease of Use
The built-in 4-port Switch with automatic MDI/MDI-X crossover makes the BiPAC 6600 easy to connect to a few
wired stations without additional hub and cumbersome crossover cables. With the user-friendly Web
Configurator, the BiPAC 6600 is extremely easy to configure and manage under Windows
95/98/98SE/NT/2000/Me/XP, Mac OS, Unix and Linux, even from a remote site. The firmware can also be
upgraded via the Web Configurator.
